Enough Excuses, Dammit!
If you feel you're stuck in your efforts to change the way your body looks... It's important to remember that you're NOT.
But you may be stuck in other ways...
If I had a nickel for every time I heard "I just can't seem to lose those last 10 pounds... I eat clean 85% of the time..."
The thing is, you CAN lose those last 10 pounds. But you probably have to have an honest conversation with yourself about what's going on that other 15% of the time. For me, that 15% is a big enough gap that will limit you both physically and mentally and prevent you from ever seeing any changes at all.
You're gonna have to close that gap to see the results you want.
Sure, I preach about the 80/20 rule when it comes to healthy eats, but that may not work for you. What may work for you is more like 90/10. Or simply 100%~ at least until you get where you want to go.
You owe it to yourself to explore what's happening in that gap space. You deserve to have the life and the body you want.
So now I ask you.. What are you going to do to get it?
Waiting until you are "ready", until you start working out regularly, until the right man/job/weather/life comes along will cost you big-time.
It will cost you your happiness, your sanity, your social life, your sex life, your confidence, and your dignity.
Go get the body-and life-you want. Today.
